Job Summary

The candidate must have client coping experience in facility administration, along with be excellent in IT/systems, Accounts executive skills and documentation is necessary. He’ll provide oversight and tabs on processes implementation /She.

Job Duties and Duties include, but aren’t limited to:

Client Account management:

Applicant is directly in charge of the management and shipping of the MEP and Civil providers and shall ensure assistance for the core company of the Project, within direct support to your client Management team.

He/she will maintain a knowledge of the operational requirements of the task and be in charge of ensuring the successful preparing, execution and completion of functions in the ongoing support maintenance business.

The candidate shall take obligation for the shipping of preparing and day-to-day operations.

The candidate will ensure alignment and full coordination between your Client Administration team and all the departments

Ensuring that ongoing service shipping are complying with business internal protocols and administration systems.

Requires an issue solver and shipping and execution method

Superb verbal and composed communication within English is vital (100% compliance)

Interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills;

Being in a position to work in nerve-racking situations and total knowledge of the working atmosphere of the function;

Corporation, systematic and the lateral considering appliance;

Research skills and the capability to draw details from various resources, including people;

The successful candidate for the role should be from the Hard FM service background.

Experience Level: Minimal 5 Years of Encounter in Facility Management Corporation

Work Types: Full-time, Long lasting

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
