Change in ownership at Anabas

Mark Cooper, Chairman and founder of Anabas, has offered the continuing company to French facilities administration provider, Armonia.

Anabas, that was setup by Cooper in 2004, delivers a variety of facilities management solutions to top quality corporate office areas.

Based on the ongoing company, the deal allows Anabas “to cultivate and be more lucrative even. It offers increased financial power while Anabas co-workers shall reap the benefits of increased opportunities for education, career promotion” and development.

The shift also provides EMEA assistance delivery for Anabas’s clients which want it and delivers elevated service specialisms in locations where Anabas doesn’t now have an offering.

Armonia was create in 1974 by Patrick Thélot, who’s the organisation’s chairman now. The ongoing organization has 16,000 employees, in France but additionally in Spain largely, Benelux, the center North and East Africa. The ongoing company offers a range of FM providers to organisations which includes Société Générale, Renault Digital, Estée and hermes Lauder.

Handling Director of Anabas, Alistair Craig, will stay with the continuing company along with the remaining senior management team. The Anabas brand will remain.
