Customers/Clients

To liaise with members of the general public and give suggestions about the automobile park facilities and any parking issues in a courteous manner, making certain our customer support policy is honored all the time
To keep good relations with all relevant regulatory authorities and local businesses.
To aid in providing a highly effective customer support policy
Processes

To authorise vehicles for specific clamp and removal action consistent with contract guidelines
To utilize and be in charge of the care and general maintenance of any business equipment allocated for daily tasks to be completed
To report all occurrences of equipment breakdown and irregularities within the automobile park
To attempt the duties of the post relative to the product quality Assurance systems and procedures within the service
To aid in the procedures for handling and banking cash
To aid in the tabs on the looks of the designated carpark and escalate required actions to the automobile Park Supervisor as so when required.
To; Safety requirements for the automobile park
People

To do something as relief and cover for other carpark staff during periods of absence
To work well within a team
Expected Deliverables

Delivery of most contractual requirements to the satisfaction of ZONE and your client
Personal Competencies

Ability to talk to customers, in difficult and demanding circumstances often.
Capability to write simple reports and complete budget notes.
Customer support skills.
Capability to act with integrity in the next of Company policies, processes and procedures
Skills

Capability to communicate fluently in English and/ or Arabic
Capability to handle carpark equipment’s/machineries
