Job Description

Emirates National Standards Classification of Occupations

Principal Functions (Major Regions of Responsibility):
• Technical and functional subject material expertise for Applications/modules section of CRM Solutions
• Manages programming of IT solutions components or entire solutions
• Provide professional support and guidance to colleagues in undertaking the assigned functions.

Duties & Responsibilities :
1.  Take responsibility for the entire management, development and design of the answer
2.  Maintains quality service by enforcing customer and quality service standards, analyzing and resolving customer and quality service problems, identifying trends, recommending system />3 improvements<br.  Works together with external technology vendors to scope closely, plan and execute of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) initiatives in the Domain.
4.  Ensures traceability for different projects of design provided to Requirements Realization Document (RRD), solution architecture and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test case documents.
5.  Supports project managers by giving detailed inputs to project plan and highlighting delays or risks in implementing solutions.
6.  Ensure timely completion of feedback to MARKETING THEORY Paper (MCPs)/ Requirements Realization Document (RRDs) for the Applications .
7.  Maintains technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications .
8.  Means that all Etisalat/IT standards, processes and guidelines are accompanied by the subordinates while programming
