Other Mandatory Specifications :

  • Engineering Diploma / Graduate with h 7-8 yrs of exp. in UAE
  • Proven Sales expertise within Facility Administration in UAE
  • Vast direct exposure to Facilities Management procedures & options.
  • Solid recognition of HS&Electronic guidelines, asset & room & cost administration.
  • Encountered in securing Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC services agreements
  • Solid conversation, presentation, reporting and period management abilities
  • Proven Business Development encounter in UAE marketplace in Facility Administration.
