Roles and Responsibilities:

Other Mandatory Specifications :
- Engineering Diploma / Graduate with h 7-8 yrs of exp. in UAE
- Proven Sales expertise within Facility Administration in UAE
- Vast direct exposure to Facilities Management procedures & options.
- Solid recognition of HS&Electronic guidelines, asset & room & cost administration.
- Encountered in securing Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC services agreements
- Solid conversation, presentation, reporting and period management abilities
- Proven Business Development encounter in UAE marketplace in Facility Administration.
