• Proven history of securing quality value deals specifically within the industrial and public industry.
• Accountable for end-to-end sales procedure which involves; To generate leads, Cold Calling, Ending up in Clients, Prospecting, converting in to clients and overseeing excellent right after sales services finally.
• Implement choices, a self-confident negotiator, and capability to “close a offer” on competitive price with FM items and service shipping methodologies.
• Program and Lead the business strategic and marketing programs.
• Bid preparing/Develop and carry out bid management procedure.
• Evaluation, analyses tender papers and prepare tender short.
• Identify reference requirements.
• Accountable for preparing, supervising & coordinating all Proposals designated.
• Develop and implement the entire proposal strategy in line with the evaluation of Customer requirements.
• Task cost evaluation, Composing tenders and proposal for difficult and soft FM options and all related docs preparation, submission, regards to proposals, projects, lawful, financing, tax, or additional issues to various companies.
• Contract administration. Analyzing sub-contractor/ vendor quotations with real specifications.
• Attend every week meetings with senior administration team and offer update on improvement of Bids
• A strong knowledge of the UAE marketplace and competitor’s trends aswell a thorough appreciation of the tender procedure in relation to commercial factors.
• Accountable for building new crucial customer relationships along with identifying home based business opportunities to supply FM solutions.
• Preparation for future development consistent with strategic business goals.
• Immediate and oversee the actions of FM Technique & Business Development Section, aiming at identifying, examining, and recommending specific work at home opportunities for the profitable development and diversification of FM
• Match and go beyond KPIs and product sales targets.

• Locally obtainable in UAE
• 12+ years’ knowledge in UAE of verified sales background in Facility management providers:
* Internal & Outside Cleansing
* Facade Washing
* Surface & Greenery Administration
* Pest Handle
* Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP)
* Specialist management techniques – HVAC, BMS, ACCESS handle etc
* Suit out Administration
* Safety & Safety Administration
* Housekeeping
• Diploma holder ideally in Engineering.
• UAE driving permit.
• Capability to meet up targets.
• Solid communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Lead customer life routine with major concentrate on Facility Management agreements acquisition.
• Possess connections and strong history in acquisition of Upkeep Contracts within the tough and soft facilities administration practices and options
