Business Development Manager (Facilities Management) – Omni International – Dubai

The Role

  • Proven history of securing quality value deals within the commercial and public sector especially. • In charge of end-to-end sales process that involves; To generate leads, Cold Calling, Ending up in Clients, Prospecting, converting into customers and overseeing excellent after sales services finally. • Implement decisions, a confident negotiator, and capability to “close a deal” on competitive cost with FM products and service delivery methodologies. • Lead and Plan the business strategic and marketing plans. • Bid implement and planning/Develop bid management process. • Review, analyses tender documents and prepare tender brief. • Identify resource requirements. • In charge of preparing, monitoring & coordinating all Proposals assigned. • Develop and implement the entire proposal strategy in line with the evaluation of Client requirements. • Project cost evaluation, Writing tenders and proposal for hard and soft FM solutions and all related documents preparation, submission, regards to proposals, projects, legal, financing, tax, or other issues to various organizations. • Contract management. Analyzing sub-contractor/ vendor quotations with actual requirements. • Attend weekly meetings with senior management team and offer update on progress of Bids • A solid knowledge of the UAE market and competitor’s trends aswell a thorough appreciation of the tender process in relation to commercial aspects. • In charge of building new key customer relationships in addition to identifying home based business opportunities to supply FM services. • Planning future development consistent with strategic business objectives. • Direct and oversee the actions of FM Strategy & Business Development Department, aiming at identifying, analyzing, and recommending specific work at home opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of FM • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Locally obtainable in UAE • 12+ years’ experience in UAE of proven sales background in Facility management services: * Internal & External Cleaning * Facade Cleaning * Ground & Greenery Management * Pest Control * Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) * Specialist management systems – HVAC, BMS, ACCESS control etc * Fit out Management * Safety & Safety Management * Housekeeping • Degree holder in Engineering preferably. • UAE driving license. • Capability to meet targets. • Solid communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. • Lead customer lifestyle cycle with major concentrate on Facility Management agreements acquisition. • Have connections and strong history in acquisition of Upkeep Contracts within the tough and soft facilities administration practices and options
