  • A SMALL BUSINESS Development Manager must lead the complete customer life routine with major concentrate on FM agreements acquisition.
  • The perfect BD Supervisor with connections and solid history in acquisition of Upkeep Contracts within the difficult and soft facilities administration practices and options and a proven history of securing quality value deals specifically within the industrial and public industry.
  • In charge of an end-to-end sales procedure which involves; To generate leads, Cold Calling, Ending up in Clients, Prospecting, converting in to clients and overseeing excellent right after sales services finally.
  • May take GO/ NO Move choices, a confident negotiator, and capability to “close a offer” on competitive price with FM items and service shipping methodologies.
  • Program and Lead the continuing company strategic and advertising plans.
  • Bid planning. Apply and develop bid administration process. Review, analyse tender files and prepare tender short.
  • Identify reference requirements. In charge of preparing, supervising & coordinating all Proposals designated. Develop and implement the entire proposal strategy in line with the evaluation of Client specifications.
  • Project price evaluation, Composing tenders and proposal for tough and soft FM options and all related paperwork preparation, submission, regards to proposals, projects, lawful, financing, tax, or additional issues to different organisations.
  • Contract administration. Analysing sub-contractor/ vendor quotations with real requirements. Attend every week meetings with higher administration team and offer update on improvement of Bids
  • A strong knowledge of the UAE marketplace and competitor’s trends aswell a thorough appreciation of the tender procedure in relation to commercial aspects.
  • In charge of building new key consumer relationships along with identifying home based business opportunities to supply FM services.
  • Planning future development consistent with strategic business goals.
  • Direct and oversee the actions of FM Technique & Business Development Section, aiming at determining, analysing, and recommending specific work at home opportunities for the lucrative diversification and development of FM
  • Satisfy and exceed product sales and KPIs targets.

MINIMUM Specifications:

Will need to have 12+ years (Take note: UAE EXPERIENCED ONLY) of verified sales background and ability to satisfy targets.

Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Level holder in Engineering ideally.

UAE generating license.

Job place: Dubai
