Business Development Manager – Aster Properties – Abu Dhabi

REASON FOR Work

Leading initiatives to determine and retain business development opportunities. Mainly obtaining new customers and fostering company relationships to improve revenue from product sales.

Responsibilities

  • Building new key consumer relationships and identifying home based business opportunities to supply facility management solutions.
  • Must have a solid background in selling Servicing, Housekeeping, or TFM Agreements within the facilities administration with a history of securing high-value offers in Abu Dhabi.
  • Home based business growth and managing present accounts, agreements, and renewals.
  • In charge of arranging customer meetings, visiting providers & consultants, and generally opening the hinged doorway for the business technical teams to build up proposals for function & attend industry functions.
  • Securing and closing brand-new MEP/ developing and Civil maintenance, Housekeeping, or TFM agreements in Abu Dhabi.
  • Job costing, tenders, prices, and industrial documentation.
  • A solid understanding of tough and soft FM providers and a thorough appreciation of the tender procedure regarding commercial and open public sector procurement may also be crucial attributes you will have to demonstrate.
  • Good understanding of the tender documentation procedure.
  • Calculating & comparing charges for required services or even goods to attain maximum affordability.
  • Planning future development consistent with strategic business goals.top and
  • Coordinating a number of groups to cover various regions of responsibility.
  • Giving an answer to emergencies or urgent problems because they arise appropriately.
  • Immediate and oversee the actions of FM Technique & Business Development Section, aiming at identifying, examining, and recommending specific work at home opportunities for the profitable diversification and development of FM.
  • Provide leadership and assistance to department employees to make sure an effective and effective flow of work.

Qualities & abilities needed

  • Strong communication, display, reporting, and time administration abilities.
  • Strong business account administration & sales method with strong business administration practices.
  • Contact with Abu Dhabi (UAE) property and property advancement in the general public & personal sectors.
  • Shall possess a solid background in selling Upkeep, Housekeeping, or TFM Agreements within the facilities administration with a history of securing high-value offers, within the commercial and public sector especially.
  • Ability to work nicely under stress and meet deadlines and targets effectively.
  • Vast contact with Facilities Management procedures & options.
  • Maintenance techniques direct exposure (Pro-Active, Condition Structured).
  • Contact with Abu Dhabi (UAE) property and property growth in the general public & personal sectors.

Qualifications for BDM

  • Engineering Degree / Graduate in Sales or Marketing with minimum 10 years of experience in Abu Dhabi.
  • Must have working knowledge/guidelines & regulation/approval digesting with PROPERTY Authority, Municipality, Civil Protection & additional governmental authorities in Abu Dhabi (UAE).
  • UAE Driver’s License.
  • Superb written and spoken English and Arabic language abilities.
  • Solid recognition of HSE suggestions, asset & room & cost management.
  • Capability to generate deliver and reviews reports to General Supervisor and team members.
