JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Roles & Responsibilities :
· Generating prospects by the method of cold calling, determining, and establishing top management level meetings with
decision-makers. · Going to meetings and offer presentations to prospective clients. · Conduct site inspection for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and Variation (one-time jobs) sales inquiries
and record the mandatory inspection details according to the business guidelines. · Evaluate tenders and post tender response documents according to the requirements supplied by the client for offering AMC for Facilities Management Services. · To utilize and increase current prospect company database centered on specific sectors and for producing effective leads. · Knowing the sector-specific needs of clients and use the expert teams to provide potential candidates / sub-contractors / suppliers to handle the services / one-time jobs. · Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to create relationships at senior levels, and identify key company must address. · Working both individually and collectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing atmosphere with the assistance
of Senior Supervisors. · Working towards yearly Income and Purchase Targets which are usually monitored every week and monthly. · Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Track personal to generate leads and ensure a wholesome product sales pipeline through the company’s CAFM (Computer-Aided
Facilities Management) System. · Accounts planning to be able to develop home based business opportunities within customer accounts. · Understand and create competitive pricing predicated on present costing. · Prepare AMC agreements in line with the SOW (Scope of Function) and coordinate with the Procurement division to
evaluate and finalize sub-contractors for specialized solutions, if applicable.
The perfect candidate will have the next skills and experience; · 03 -05 many years proven work encounter as a small business Development Executive/Business Advancement Manager or relevant part within the FM business or Technical. · Solid knowledge with MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Workplace ) and CAFM software. · Encounter delivering client-focused answers to customer requirements. · B.B.The / M.B.The / B.E. / B.The / B.Sc degree running a business Administration, Sales or related industry.
