BonCulina acquires Bon Appetit

Global foodservice operator, BonCulina, provides acquired Pordum Meals Ltd, the ongoing company behind Hot Food Vending and Bon Appetit.

The acquisition occurred. BonCulina secured almost all share and holds 97 % of the continuing company, whilst three % will be retained by the existing MD of Bon Appetit, Keith Pordum.

Pordum Food items was formed in 2003 to supply a 24/7 vending solution, operating in health care along with B&I. September 2020 in, the company shaped a strategic partnership with BonCulina to integrate BonCulina’s individual high-quality right to plate foods into around 70 NHS hospital agreements across the United kingdom. The collaboration mixed the vast system of Bon Appetit’s automatic hot food catering services with high-end meals supplied by BonCulina, offering clients flexibility, variety, and high quality.

Keith Pordum will still be a right section of the company and stay in place mainly because Managing Director. He shall be backed by Chad Heinemann, Product sales Director, and Matt Keech, Commercial Director. All Bon Appetit assets will be rebranded to BonCulina, as the Bon Appetit’s team of 13 workers shall be retained. BonCulina shall operate out of Bon Appetit’s workplace in Crawley, West Sussex.
