Biffa receives takeover offer from Energy Capital Partners

National recycling and waste materials management provider, Biffa, provides received a number of indicative and unsolicited takeover proposals from private collateral firm, Energy Capital Companions (ECP), which ideals the business at £1.36 billion.

ECP’s proposal is according of a possible money offer at a cost of 445 pence per Biffa reveal.

Biffa’s complete year results which have been planned for announcement on 16 June 2022 will today be announced on 28 June 2022.
