BaxterStorey on the menu at Wellcome Genome Campus

Independent hospitality food company, BaxterStorey, has earned a four-year agreement with the Wellcome Genome Campus, a scientific analysis campus situated in Hinxton, Cambridgeshire.

Whilst supporting the Campus’ commitment to sustainability, the brand new contract shall visit a transformation to the on-site restaurant, Murray’s, including a co-working lounge, build-your-very own breakfast station and all-day grazing design menus. A wellbeing counter in addition has been introduced to generate nutritious and delicious plant-based dishes created from local, seasonal ingredients.

Alongside Murray’s, BaxterStorey provides catering for the Campus’ three cafes, Pebbles, Link DiNA and Cafe, that will host artisan coffee bars and its own Society grab and go range, including clean eating energiser and boxes pots. A variety of authentic pop-ups will undoubtedly be also hosted over the campus through its food experiences agency FUEL to help keep the meals offer both fresh and engaging for customers.

To minimise food waste and reduce environmental impact, BaxterStorey has introduced ‘Wonky Wednesdays’, where chefs shall create dishes from surplus ingredients.
