The independent hospitality food company has launched a wellbeing and engagement app made to support its UK-wide workforce.
Hapi may also offer usage of payroll, training resources, and team member incentives for supermarkets, gyms, and BaxterStorey suppliers.
With many teams employed in different client locations, the app will enable company-wide messages to be delivered to all associates straight, allowing the organisation to raised adapt and communicate to business needs.
Associates can access everything via their cell phones or online, including payslips, social media marketing links, and career opportunities. They are able to access e-learning on the run also, with 78 % having completed their annual refresher training via the platform already.
