Work Purpose The Associate Director Engineering & Operations is in charge of the operational shipping and coordination of day-to-day centralized Engineering, Asset, Facility, Contract, Task Management and Building Manage services through the Amenities Manager assets and contracted providers to meet up availability and service degree expectations of your client, and its clients.
