Job Explanation

Emirates National Specifications Classification of Occupations

  • In charge of schedule inspections of the resort with regards to receiving/storing and preparing food.
  • Conduct normal inspections and audit the resort premises to make sure strict compliance to meals security and the HACCP construction.
  • In charge of auditing the inner operations along with our external providers.
  • Managing the entire safety and wellness & food protection within the resort.
  • Actively reduce guest problems associated with safety and health insurance and food hygiene.
  • Liaise with outside product sales and contractors employees on matters of foods safety.
  • Help out with carrying out meals poisoning investigations as analysing and required Hazard Evaluation information.

  • Monitor outcomes following food basic safety audits.
  • Keep track of and interpret microbiological outcomes from foods sampling of all resort kitchens and suggest the Executive Chef appropriately.
  • Help the Executive Chef & Chief Steward to deal with pest control in every public F&amp and locations;B related areas excepting areas.
  • Maintaining monthly training information and providing information of attendance.
  • Help out with the hotel in environment awareness & function as champion for the resort.
  • Assist the administration in HACCP specifications certifications/re-certifications.
  • Take part in normal briefings and meetings as planned.
  • Understand and abide by all safety guidelines, emergency fire and processes prevention regulations.
  • Take part in any scheduled advancement and training programs that could improve private or departmental standards.
  • Are accountable to duty wearing the right uniform and nametag punctually. 
  • Maintain a higher standard of individual hygiene and appearance.
  • Perform other duties as designated.


Your encounter and skills consist of:

  • Have at the least three (3) yrs of experience in an identical role in a resort or restaurant.
  • Masters in Food Technologies
  • HACCP degree 3 certification
  • PIC degree 3 certification
  • ISO Internal Auditor certification
