Job Description

An associate of CIBG team who’ll be maintaining client relationships while providing support to the business enterprise team because of their portfolios of clients. Jobholder would be the named point of contact for a portfolio of customers coping with a variety of requests.

Independently carries out the role of client link facilitator:

•    Prepare and help out with preparing facility letters and co-ordinate execution of drawdown and documentation of facilities
•    Periodic report generation to facilitate for Central and Audit Bank requirements
•    Monitor and ensure the use of the credit facilitates at par with competition
•    Prepare all management reports associated with credit approvals, excesses, extensions, early business alerts. To make sure all controls are complied
•    Make an effort to enhance wallet-share of customer business
•&nbsp constantly;   Review | Discuss | Follow-up | Action on excesses | Past dues | along with other indiscretions for regularisation
•    Identify | Discuss | escalate early warning signals in the portfolio;
•    Preparation of weekly periodic reviews for the machine
•    Following  with the inner department in case of customer queries on transactions
•    Support overview of the excess report along with other risk reports
•    And appropriate correspondence with the customers
•&nbsp timely;   In charge of any account opening or related requirements for new and existing clients
•    TO MAKE SURE all housekeeping requirements are complied with 
•    Become principal point of contact in the RM’s absence

Liaise with Unit-Head and Business Credit for various routine transactions | portfolio review:

•    Help out with preparing annual budgets for the portfolio consistent with agreed strategy
•    Review the performance of your client on Operating Income, Funded assets and Deposits vis-à-vis budgeted numbers
Compliance with bank policy and department procedure guidelines”

•    Awareness and compliance of most polices of the lender (as amended time and energy to time) which impact the scope of work


Assistant Relationship Manager acts as an essential support to the united team to increase efficiency. Also, act as a genuine point of contact and back-up to make sure effective client satisfaction.

Minimum 3-5 years banking experience in relationship management. Good understanding of Corporate Banking UAE and products Market knowledge is preferable.
