Artic has secured a difficult FM contract to supply electrical, hVAC and mechanical services to global publishing company, Penguin Random House LLC.

The PPM and reactive maintenance contract are for several properties within the Penguin Random House LLC national property portfolio, with a mixture of office warehouse/distribution and accommodation centres comprising of two Central London buildings and national offices, archives, distribution and libraries centres through the north and south.

Artic stated the Publishers wanted a “partner to keep the properties and proactively offer proposals and innovations to boost the working environment and performance of these buildings” .
