Allied Universal grows global presence with three acquisitions

UNITED STATES security and facility solutions company, Allied General, is continuing its worldwide growth with the acquisition of three businesses situated in New York, the Denmark and Netherlands.

The biggest of the three businesses, International Protective Services Agency, is headquartered within New York and extensive security and event services for clients situated throughout NY and New Jersey. IPSA proprietor and founder Jerry Heying, along with its 350 employees, this season will undoubtedly be joining the Allied Universal team.

Another two companies can be found in Europe and can bring extended density and level to current patrol and reaction divisions of Allied Universal’s international company, G4S.

CQB Beveiliging B.V. (CQB) provides patrol and response providers to customers in holland. This can strengthen G4S Netherlands’ company in Eindhoven in the southwest component the country.

Kronjyllands Vagtservice A/S (KRV) is really a nearby patrol and response business which will enhance existing solutions to customers within Denmark.

Through the first 1 / 2 of 2022, Allied General introduced seven acquisitions – three in THE UNITED STATES and four internationally. In 2021, Allied Common acquired 10 companies, which includes G4S . These acquisitions are in keeping with Allied Universal’s growth technique and growing international existence.
