The Role

Airport terminal/ Aviation expertise mandatory The AFM Supervisor is in charge of the operational shipping and coordination of day-to-day Engineering, Asset, Facility, Contract, Task Management and Building Handle services through the Services Manager assets and contracted providers to meet up availability and service degree expectations of your client, and its clients. • Leadership • Manage the Amenities Manager team and providers to make sure delivery of cost effective for your client from its possessions, asset performance and data, and FM Project Shipping, consistent with Facilities and Customer Manager goals and best practice. • Manage the united group to make sure sustained performance by giving motivation via professional growth, coaching, performance and mentoring orientation. • Manage the effective shipping of soft and tough services, technical expertise, and FM projects to create value and greatest practice over the client’s property and airports. • Continuously make an effort to improve customer airport terminal and experience ranking in both difficult and soft services shipping. • Use the AFM Senior Supervisor, and the client to aid the shipping of a best exercise Asset Management System, consistent with ISO 55000 criteria and the agreed asset administration strategy. • Function collaboratively with wider Services Manager group champion and users the ethos of greatest practice value assured. • Any duties which may be designated by the AFM Senior Supervisor or reporting Director • Soft Services Shipping • Managing all Soft Providers delivery and maintenance actions. • Delivery and tabs on streamlined Soft Service function practices within the agreement scopes that meet up with the needs of your client • Support the preparing of Soft Services agreement documents including specifications, programs, and schedules • In charge of the Soft services providers’ adherence to relevant High quality documentation/records • In charge of the Soft Services providers adherence to project protection regulations • Hard Services Shipping • In charge of all building related providers, including MEP, HVAC, professional and civils services shipping and maintenance routines including, management activities of most electrical, mechanical, drainage and plumbing, HVAC, and civils providers, including specialist services, to make sure facilities and assets can be found when required. • In charge of all Airfield related Resources, including Airfield Surface lighting, Apron techniques, Airfield pavements, specialist handle systems, and infrastructure, making sure compliance to both regional GCAA and international requirements • Responsible for execution of streamlined Hard Program work procedures within the agreement scope that meet up with the needs of your client. • Support design choices/solutions associated with hard services upkeep and make choices / suggest alternative options where suitable • Manage the scope evaluation, budgeting and justification of modification work orders • Making certain suppliers provide and abide by relevant Quality documentation/information • Making certain suppliers stick to project safety rules • Managing the tests and commissioning of MEP products • Manage asset shutdowns and outages with regards to MEP and HVAC Provider Delivery, and mitigating/minimizing any operational effect as a complete result thereof. • Manage reliability engineering with regards to MEP and HVAC Support Delivery • Administration of asset decommissioning when essential/appropriate • Engineering Tasks & Building Handle • approve the execution of small capital projects Technically, fit-out and renovation functions for all your Client functions (around the contractually agreed value) which is executed by external suppliers • Management of approvals process for several engineering projects documentation which includes plans, specifications, risk register, and price estimates • approve proposals which includes project’s tender files Technically, project reports, studies, along with other documentation • Ensure engineering task activities with AFM needs and support overall task schedule comply, scope and budget • Manage conflict resolution and where necessary use another Directors to escalate and resolve • Manage the constructing control and approvals process for the Complex • End up being final approver of creating control and invite requests from the Complex occupiers, project and contractors teams

Requirements
