The Role

Airport/ Aviation experience mandatory The AFM Manager is in charge of the operational delivery and coordination of day-to-day Engineering, Asset, Facility, Contract, Project Management and Building Control services through the Facilities Manager resources and contracted providers to meet up availability and service level expectations of your client, and its own customers. • Leadership • Manage the Facilities Manager team and providers to make sure delivery of cost effective for your client from its assets, asset performance and data, and FM Project Delivery, consistent with Facilities and Client Manager objectives and best practice. • Manage the united team to make sure sustained performance by giving motivation via professional development, coaching, performance and mentoring orientation. • Manage the effective delivery of soft and hard services, technical expertise, and FM projects to create value and best practice over the client’s assets and airports. • Continuously make an effort to improve customer airport and experience rating in both hard and soft services delivery. • Use the AFM Senior Supervisor, and the client to aid the shipping of a best exercise Asset Management System, consistent with ISO 55000 criteria and the agreed asset administration strategy. • Work collaboratively with wider Facilities Manager team champion and members the ethos of best practice value assured. • Any duties which may be assigned by the AFM Senior Supervisor or reporting Director • Soft Services Shipping • Managing all Soft Providers delivery and maintenance actions. • Delivery and tabs on streamlined Soft Service function practices within the agreement scopes that meet up with the needs of your client • Support the preparing of Soft Services agreement documents including specifications, programs, and schedules • In charge of the Soft services providers’ adherence to relevant High quality documentation/records • In charge of the Soft Services providers adherence to project protection regulations • Hard Services Shipping • In charge of all building related providers, including MEP, HVAC, specialist and civils services delivery and maintenance activities including, management routines of most electrical, mechanical, drainage and plumbing, HVAC, and civils providers, including specialist services, to make sure facilities and assets can be found when required. • In charge of all Airfield related Resources, including Airfield Surface lighting, Apron techniques, Airfield pavements, specialist handle techniques, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance to both regional GCAA and international requirements • Responsible for execution of streamlined Hard Program work procedures within the agreement scope that meet up with the needs of your client. • Support design choices/solutions associated with hard services upkeep and make choices / suggest alternative options where suitable • Manage the scope evaluation, budgeting and justification of modification work orders • Making certain suppliers provide and abide by relevant Quality documentation/information • Making certain suppliers stick to project safety rules • Managing the testing and commissioning of MEP products • Manage asset shutdowns and outages with regards to MEP and HVAC Provider Delivery, and mitigating/minimizing any operational impact as a complete result thereof. • Manage reliability engineering with regards to MEP and HVAC Support Delivery • Administration of asset decommissioning when essential/appropriate • Engineering Tasks & Building Control • approve the execution of minor capital projects Technically, fit-out and renovation works for all your Client functions (around the contractually agreed worth) which is executed by external providers • Management of approvals procedure for all engineering tasks documentation including plans, specs, risk sign up, and cost estimates • approve proposals including project’s tender documents Technically, project reports, studies, along with other documentation • Ensure engineering project activities with AFM requirements and support overall project schedule comply, scope and spending budget • Manage conflict quality and where necessary use another Directors to escalate and resolve • Manage the building handle and approvals procedure for the Complex • Be final approver of creating control and invite requests from the Complex occupiers, project and contractors teams

Requirements

Qualification: • Degree Level (minimum) – Asset Management, Engineering, Property Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Contract Management, Business Management Work Experience: • >5 years’ experience in general management roles, with increasing degrees of responsibility. • Proven delivery of results at an identical level, around contracted service delivery particularly, facilities and assets management in a complex, critical and security-sensitive environment Knowledge: • Property and Facilities Management • Airport Engineering and Facilities • Operations Management • Project / Program Management • Contract management • Commercial / Business Management • Planning and Scheduling • Quality Systems – ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 55000 • Primary Contractor services provision. • cost/value and Change management Skills • High ethical standards & integrity in personal and professional dealings • Able & ready to pay attention to others and encourages dialogue • Prepared to make choices and the stand by position them • Understand industrial and risk consequences • Capable and ready to raise possibly controversial issues • In a position to operate in fast-paced 24/7/365 atmosphere • Flexible, willing and attentive to consider changes • In a position to lead, motivate and set up a culture of a higher performing team • In a position to are a team associate and encourage group collaboration. • Resilient and in a position to cope in demanding fast-paced conditions • Persistent and continually functions to have success • UAE Driving Licence – Lighting Vehicle
