This PEP role is in charge of delivering operational excellence over the board including; Course Programming; Associate Retention; Service-Quality delivery;; Neighborhood Management; and Advertising the Aerial System.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspire and lead the Aerial neighborhood and guarantee all people are motivated and provided the opportunity to build up and improvement in a confident, fun and protected climate.
  • Operating and conducting lessons within the ongoing organization governance and complacence to make sure operation excellence.
  • Proving suggestions to the Arena Mind and taking corrective activities in order to enhance and cater the Aerial section to the communities requirements and requests.
  • Help out with creating Aerial performances, 12 months along with company occasion performances within the calendar.
  • Ensure the Aerial studio is usually kept in the right and safe condition.
  • Managing and utilizing assets which include but not limited by the Aerial products and region
  • Operating the starting and closing checklist on the FM Software program JOLT everyday
  • Meet regularly with additional Instructors and Administration to build up and implement a standard technique for the further growth of the Aerial Plan.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, Abilities and Skills

  • Minimum 2 Years’ Encounter in teaching Mature students
  • Proficiency in teaching and carrying out a number of Aerial disciplines which includes Pole, Hoop, Silk and Hammock
  • Excellent conversation (oral and written), listening and interpersonal skills.
  • An innovative and inspirational learner and teacher who’s highly educated and experienced both training and executing Aerial
  • Capability to curate/and put into action curriculum, adhering with Business guidelines.
  • Lessons have to be differentiated and appropriate to all or any members of the course suitably, of varying levels.
  • Making certain known members progress regularly and that their commitment and passion is obvious in their work.
