Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality in all respects of client and personnel information
  • Connect to staff, clients, providers and guests
  • Open, distribute and type incoming correspondence, including e-mail

and faxes

  • Concern responses to correspondence that contains schedule inquiries
  • Perform general clerical responsibilities to add, but not limited by, copying, faxing, mailing, laminating and submitting
  • Provide assistance to the Maintenance group on the closing and increasing of reactive, PPM and scheduled work requests within the CAFM helpdesk (Concept Development)
  • Utilise the CAFM helpdesk (Concept Evolution) program for the increasing of buy orders and the next processing of the linked invoices for publishing to HQ on a weekly schedule
  • Prepare and collate all documentation for the month-to-month payroll of most on site employees
  • Provide assistance to the FM in preserving provider matrices and the connected documentation
  • Provide assistance to the FM in keeping training matrices / information and back again to work / self-qualification documentation

Salary: AED 5000/- + foods + accommodation + transport + other advantages according to UAE law
