Position: Administrator_Arabic

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality in all respects of client and staff information
  • Connect to staff, clients, suppliers and visitors
  • Open, distribute and sort incoming correspondence, including email

and faxes

  • Issue responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • Perform general clerical duties to add, but not limited by, copying, faxing, mailing, laminating and filing
  • Provide support to the Maintenance team on the closing and raising of reactive, PPM and scheduled job requests within the CAFM helpdesk (Concept Evolution)
  • Utilise the CAFM helpdesk (Concept Evolution) system for the raising of purchase orders and the next processing of the associated invoices for posting to HQ on a weekly basis
  • Prepare and collate all documentation for the monthly payroll of most on site staff
  • Provide support to the FM in maintaining supplier matrices and the associated documentation
  • Provide support to the FM in maintaining training matrices / records and back again to work / self-certification documentation

Salary: AED 5000/- + food + accommodation + transport + other benefits according to UAE law
