Our organization wants an organized, outgoing Workplace Associate Receptionist. In this place, you shall help with a number of clerical and administrative responsibilities. These duties include greeting customers, answering phones, taking text messages, managing e-mail and mail correspondence, and calendaring. You might help with invoicing also, updating client data files, and ordering office products. Because you shall be the initial person clients see because they walk through our doorway, we are searching for someone who can maintain a specialist appearance at fine times.
