Administrative Assistant – Facilities & Administration – Emerson – Dubai

Your role responsibilities includes, but not really be limited by, the following

  • To t rack amenities routines and requisitions across important platforms (Velocity EHS, Servicing Request Forms, Preventative Upkeep Plans for Technical Solutions) to generate unified task administration dashboards for crucial stakeholders.
  • To build up standard operating processes and processes for essential activities across Office Management, technical Providers and warehousing operations.
  • To create electronic copies of Manual Service Records such as for example:
    • Facility Complex Documentation : Service Drawings, Complex Layouts, MEP technical diagrams
    • Certifications : FM Worldwide, ISO, OFC, Civil Protection etc.
    • Facility Industrial Documentation : Property Lease Records, AMC contracts
    • Training Records
    • Modernize Facilities Procedures .
  • To Monitor the use and Workflow across third party contractor swimming pool for both facilities assistance and security
  • To assign contractor employees to technical services predicated on need
  • To improve buy requisitions for non-AMC associated spend (Consumables, Ad-hoc specifications)
