The incumbent will organize, manage, and perform a thorough selection of secretarial, administrative, and assistance activities with respect to the relative mind of Government Relations, General Manager, along with other senior officers of the ongoing company. - Support Head of Federal government relations on permit renewals. Ensuring proper tabs on its expiry and or cancellation whenever necessary.
- Update assistance services by giving renewed copies of the continuing company licenses. Ensure that it really is designed for access
- Supervising day-to-day functions of the administrative section and workers
- Training office boys, and admin assistants; using corrective action when required.

- Manages ticket cancellations and bookings, hotel reservations, company actions, visa application for company trips of senior administration.
- Manages the relative hq and reception area. Ensure that workplace is usually tidy.
- Bachelor’s Degree running a business Administration, Administration, or any related industry.
- Proficiency with computers, mS office especially.
- Knowledge of financial and facilities administration principles.
- In-depth knowledge of office management treatments and departmental plans and techniques.
- Minimum amount there (3) yrs of administration management knowledge within the Facilities Administration industry.
- Encountered in handling File Administration compliance consistent with audit requirements.
- Experienced in handling calendar of workplace and activities management.
- Experienced inside license renewals inside mainland and Freezone.
