Admin assistant Required

Description

Reporting to administration and performing secretarial responsibilities.
Digesting, typing, modifying, and formatting files and reports.
Filing paperwork, along with entering data and sustaining databases.
Liaising with inner departments and interacting with the public.
Directing exterior and internal calls, email messages, and faxes to specified departments.
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and occasions.
Monitoring workplace supplies and buying replacements.
Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and traveling bookings.
Planning amenities and arranging refreshments for activities, if required.
Observing the very best company etiquette and practices.
Official qualification in office management, secretarial function, or related teaching.
1-2 years of experience being an Administrative Secretary will be beneficial.
Advanced proficiency in managing files, spreadsheets, and databases.
