Duties & Responsibilities
  • Preparing of regular monthly statements to agreed timescales, which includes balance sheet variance and reconciliations commentary.

  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany dealings, reconciliation of common ledger accounts, and comprehensive supporting analysis and appropriate documentation.
  • Perform month-end closings, common ledger account evaluation, and Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations, sign-offs, backups.
  • Prepare and review trial balance, administration reports, and financial info analysis on a regular, quarterly, and annual schedule for FM evaluation.
  • Maintain prepayments and accruals, fixed assets, prepayments, stock, Intangibles schedules.
  • Help with the year-finish audit.
  • Manage data preparing and integrity of economic information to make sure completeness, precision, timeliness, and accessibility.
  • Conduct continuous costing analyses; record on variances and their leads to.
  • Help with the annual budgeting procedure.
  • Maintain and support ongoing price accounting procedure and reporting improvements.
  • Validate the expense of sales within the month-end close.
  • Generate invoices and publish them to customers according to the agreed procedure. Follow-up for the overdue obligations.
  • Receive vendor invoices, and procedure the payments according to agreed terms verify.
  • Should deal with confidential details in a discreet, professonally executed manner

Communications and Working Human relationships: Excellent communication abilities, organized, focus on detail, multitask with Solid organizational, analytical, and accounts reconciliation skills. Information and capability to place a higher emphasis and keep maintaining controls surrounding monetary reporting as concerns IFRS.
