ABM United kingdom has launched calendar year four of its Junior Engineering Engagement Program (J.E.E.P.) carrying out a year-long postponement due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The J.E.E.P aims to deal with misperceptions of the amenities management industry amongst teenagers and their moms and dads and develop a pipeline of upcoming technical skill. It has already established over 450 graduates from 23 schools since 2017.

Backed by independent schooling charity The Talent Foundry, the J.E.E.P. year seven students introduces, aged between 11 and 12, to the worldwide planet of engineering and FM, bringing apprenticeships with their interest as a valid way to achievement before they choose their GCSE subjects.
