•      Oversees daily functions of most treatment equipment and models such as, composting plant, healthcare incinerator, wood shredder, Material shredder, etc. twice each day and perform check appointments.
•      Allocate duties and plan shifts
•      Evaluates performance, and testimonials performance evaluations made by subordinate supervisors; requires and approves disciplinary activities
•      Oversees all recorded information and final reviews
•      Implements and develops worker development programs to boost skill levels, and provide a host for continuous enhancement through training applications and team development exercises
•      Ensure all required tools, fuel and equipment is available
•      Develop tips for the correction of unsafe conditions and practices linked to the handling and therapy of the waste
•      Help out with budget planning and growth
•      Monitors and means that united associates are sticking with all Safety, Health insurance and Environmental compliance rules
