       In charge of managing the ABER app, reporting, application teaching, documentation, daily operations to boost benefit process and process of the overall ABER, performance and person satisfaction

       Provide leadership in planning and handling the use of the ABER software system and ABER production assistance

       Take part in ABER strategy and spending budget planning routines

       Provide comprehensive technical knowledge for both tactical and operational ABER initiatives

       Ensure the ABER group are mitigating, supervising and managing software risks

       ABER ServiceDesk & Support. Permit & Compliance Administration

       ABER Site, SelfService Portal & Mobile Application Assistance, which includes liaising with the CRM group to get customers and developers to get advancement and implementation of upgrades and rollout of servicing fixes

       ABER Mobile External Origin  Program Assistance, including liaising with the CRM group to get customers and developers to get growth and implementation of upgrades and rollout of upkeep fixes

       Ensuring ABER team practices to inner policies and treatments adhere, regulatory specifications and manage compliance

       Style, develop, put into action and coordinate ABER techniques, policies and techniques

       Facilitate protection of ABER information and system

       Work in alignment with user requirements and system efficiency to donate to organizational plan

       Audit ABER techniques, assess outcomes and suggest mitigations

       Preserve ABER software assets, information safety and manage structures
