Ensure the right government processes are followed through the renewal and cancellation of work visas ahead of termination of employment which includes cancellation of dependents’ home visas.

Maintain database information providing full information on employee visa details.

In charge of annual permit renewals such as for example ECAE’s Continuing Education Center, Clinic, etc.

Maintain ECAE’s vehicles permit expiration date to help keep all of the vehicles valid with complete insurance.

Maintain ECAE’s vehicle logo design license, for annual renewal.

Identifying suitable lodging for incoming personnel and negotiating reasonable leases.

Years & Industry of Experience necessary: 

At the least 3 years’ encounter in a similar place in the UAE

Experienced in spoken and composed Arabic (ideally indigenous) and English.

Understanding of Government Workplaces including Immigration, Police, Drinking water & Electrical power and the Municipality. An operating knowledge of Embassies, Medical and etisalat Centers.

Understanding of Abu Dhabi HOUSING MARKETPLACE.

An ongoing UAE driving permit.

Excellent interpersonal abilities.

Capability to use minimal supervision and also prioritize duties.

Demonstrate work performance as a united group member in the multicultural environment.
